N. Georgia Wedding Cake Challenge

So I attended the 3rd Annual Wedding Cake Challenge in Dahlonega, GA yesterday. It was pretty cool to see how other designers create cakes. I've always been fascinated with Food Networks Challenges on TV and always wanted to attend one. I picked up some cool tips and tricks when I went yesterday, so hopefully I get to apply them on my own wedding cakes.
